Happy Father's Day, Dad.

Father's Day. A day to celebrate your father, your dad, the man that taught you how to do so many things. The man that married your mother and raised you from the moment you were born. The man that gives you guidance and advice (even when we don't want it, but you know he's right). The man who worked so hard to give his family a better life than he did.

Father, the man who would do anything in the world for you, be there to teach you how to ride a bicycle, be there to shoot basketball in the backyard, even build a paved court for you and your friends to play on. The man who gives you an allowance for work that you do around home. The man who is there to cheer you on at all of your ball games, come get you when you need that help at 1:00 in the morning. The man who helps you move into your college dorm and is there is you need anything.

Father, the man who is there for your wedding, help you get your first house, and there when you need a babysitter. The man who loves your mother and takes care of her when she's ill. Father, the man who loves you and his family more than you will probably ever know or understand, unless you're a father.

Happy Father's Day, Dad! I love you and I'm glad you're my father!
